Our clinic is open between 9am – 6pm Monday – Friday and 9am – 1pm Saturday.
Appointments can be made by calling our clinic at +1 714 898 8888 or in person at the front desk. We kindly request that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Our front desk representatives are required to collect basic personal information and patient demographics when registering you as a new patient. Patient demographic information will be used for reporting purposes and to help us provide culturally sensitive care. Are representatives are also required to check that this information is complete and updated when checking you in. To facilitate the process, please have the following information readily available:

Please call our clinic at +1 714 898 8888 when you realize that you will be unable to keep your appointment. We kindly request that cancellations are made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, so we can assign the appointment slot to another patient.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
If you call after clinic hours, our answering service will receive your call and notify our on-call physicians who will call you back to instruct you as to whether you need to visit an emergency room/urgent care clinic or whether your problem can be addressed in an appointment the next day.
NH Health Center accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, and many commercial HMO/PPO insurance plans. Please check our insurance page to find more about our participating health plans.
If your insurance plan is not listed, please speak with our front desk representatives or call us to find out how we can help you. Specialists are available to explain your insurance options and help you enroll. Our Sliding Fee Discount Program is available based on your ability to pay.
