Sliding Fee Discount Program
Our mission is to provide affordable and comprehensive family-based health services to the individuals who may not otherwise have access to healthcare due to financial, language, cultural, lifestyle, or psychological barriers—regardless of their ability to pay.
We offer a sliding fee discount program for eligible patients (uninsured and insured) based on income and household size. Our sliding fee schedule is based on Federal Poverty Guidelines.
